Event RSVP filters and email-upload validation limits

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For integrated GiveCampus events, the event filter supports event, RSVP/ticket state, ticket type and related conditions. Its email matching uses event attendee email against the outreach match field. Confirm the resulting list; shared/mismatched addresses can affect matching. External RSVP collections still need a supported source/exclusion upload. Direct email exclusion CSVs require email_address, distinct from the four standard inclusion-upload headers. Upload validation checks headers and the import skips blank email rows; accepted input is not proof that every address is a real deliverable mailbox. Review recipient exclusions and test rather than assuming upload itself validates inbox delivery.
