Does having an email address exclude someone from texting

Having an email address does not automatically remove a person from a text audience. It selects texting-enabled people in the chosen audience, then applies opt-outs and phone validation. If the intended audience is people without email, configure and verify that audience condition explicitly rather than assuming that texting and email audiences cannot overlap. A specific cross-channel send still requires the actual audience and message records to investigate.
