Bounce addresses versus bounce reasons

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Bounce Details dialog lists email addresses (or phone numbers for text outreach). It does not display a per-recipient provider error or bounce-reason column. Use it to identify affected recipients; ask support to inspect delivery records when the question is why a particular message bounced. Do not infer a bad address, full mailbox or blocking solely from the bounce count.
