Lifetime pricing versus installment plans

Membership types have separate yearly/lifetime price rows; omit a cadence price when the type should not be offered under that cadence. Lifetime membership requires a one-time payment, not recurring installments. A lower lifetime price is a different price, not a deposit automatically applied toward a larger lifetime commitment. Annual recurring membership renewals should not be relabeled as a lifetime installment plan.
