Date_of_pledge does not identify a pledge gift

For GiveCampus reporting.

In the contribution report view, date_of_pledge is the date portion of the gift's confirmed_at timestamp, and datetime_of_pledge is its confirmation timestamp. These fields can be populated for a one-time gift; their names do not mean donation_type is pledge. Compare donation_type and subscription_type and select the intended commitment/payment report. A full dictionary must match the actual report columns/aliases; request the export/template instead of guessing unknown fields.
