Updating exclusions after scheduling

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The email send process refreshes recipients before sending, but exclusion rules have different refresh behavior. Uploaded/manual rules are static: once exclusion records exist, ordinary generation does not rebuild them from the source upload. Dynamic segment/event/project rules follow a separate path. You should not expect that replacing a CSV automatically changes an already-scheduled email's static exclusions. Ensure the intended new exclusion rule is attached and processed, and inspect excluded recipients before the send begins. If timing is close, use the supported scheduling controls and support review; a refresh cannot retract messages already sent.
