Texting onboarding prerequisites checked before sending

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Work with the GiveCampus onboarding team to enable the school’s texting service and provision its account and sending numbers. The send validator requires a configured Twilio account, configured phone numbers, an administrator sending number and approved A2P campaign status. Then verify the administrator’s product access, supported recipient source, valid phone numbers and opt-outs, prepare the campaign and test/review before sending. The account team must confirm your institution’s enrollment, required provider registration and approval status.
