Smart Ask amount as email-body merge token

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

A personalized form link and an amount printed in an email body are separate. Use the supported Smart Ask workflow/export to obtain each recipient’s reviewed default ask, then supply it in an Outreach recipient CSV custom_ column such as custom_ask_amount and insert the offered $custom_ask_amount$ token. Include required recipient columns and test substitutions and the linked form together. Do not guess a standard Smart Ask token or assume a custom CSV value automatically changes the form’s ask configuration.
