School-created templates in event sequences

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The event sequence creator uses the shared Outreach template picker, rather than a GC-only template library. Legacy email choices include the school's active Outreach templates and active GC defaults. Composer choices require the composer-template feature and include published school or GC templates. A draft template visible in template management therefore need not be selectable when creating a sequence.

Check the template's state and editor type if only GC choices appear. The picker changes its source with the selected editor and school configuration; some composer configurations support legacy-template conversion while beta-only configurations may show only composer choices. Do not assume every template appears in every editor or that copying an email automatically publishes it as a reusable template.
