Processing recipients versus quota

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

“Recipients are still processing” means the validator found included recipients without a text conversation. The daily-limit check is separate and reports “Sending would exceed your texting daily limit.” Both checks can fail at once; the processing message alone does not prove that quota caused the delay. Recheck after the stated 15 minutes and ask support to inspect persistent processing. Willingness to pay for overage does not itself bypass the enforced daily limit.
