Outreach History CSV versus full metrics

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach History CSV contains constituent ID, email/phone, outreach name/subject, sent date and status. It is not an export of the full metrics screen’s click/conversion aggregates. The Full Metrics screen shows aggregates and conversion/bounce detail views but no download-all-full-metrics or individual-click export control. Custom datasets require a separately confirmed support export.
