New Smart Ask Amount Segment is greyed out

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The older Smart Suggested Ask Amounts list intentionally disables New Smart Ask Amount Segment. Its tooltip says Smart Ask Amounts and connected personalization links have moved into GC Outreach and directs users there to add ask amounts to personalized links. This particular disabled button is not evidence that someone's permissions were reset. Review the current Outreach personalization workflow and school access; do not advise granting superadmin access to enable this old control.
