Find the addresses that bounced for an Outreach

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open the sent Outreach's metrics and select Bounce Rate. The Bounce Details window lists email addresses with recorded bounced delivery for that outreach. It is separate from unsubscribes and from people excluded before a send.

This is an on-screen detail list. If you need a bulk file or a school-wide combined bounce list, ask support to confirm the available export rather than treating the unsubscribe export as equivalent. A recorded bounce does not itself explain the provider's failure reason or prove that the address can never receive mail again.
