Find Attach an Image in a text outreach or text template

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open the text content editor and look for Attach an Image. Use GC Outreach → New Outreach → Text to work on an actual outreach draft. The school must have text attachments enabled. Text templates do not provide this attachment workflow.

Select a JPEG, PNG or GIF no larger than 1 MB. Review the uploaded media and send a permitted test before the real audience. If the control is absent, confirm that this is the text editor, then ask Support to check attachment availability for the school and deployed editor. Do not change the audience or send real messages merely to expose the button.

The send process passes body and media together to the delivery path; do not infer a universal separate-image-message billing rule from this screen. Confirm applicable usage policy if asked about message charges.
