Filter an event outreach to one activity

Yes, an Outreach recipient filter can target a specific event activity. In the event audience/filter controls select the event, enable Filter for those with a specific activity, choose Select Activity, and review the resulting recipients before sending. This is the activity filter on the Outreach audience; the ordinary reusable Registered for an Event condition alone is event-wide. Do not assume that simply saving an event-level segment makes it activity-specific.
