Exclude campaign donors from a text audience

Yes, the current Outreach exclusion path supports a selected campaign's Donors for text as well as email: text exclusions use the eligible phone numbers. Add the uploaded segment as the audience, add an exclusion for the relevant campaign donors, regenerate/review Included and Excluded recipients and test before sending. The static segment itself does not remove new donors; source gift updates and exclusion refresh matter. If the control is absent, support must check the actual editor/product access.
