Count outgoing texts for a fiscal year

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Export Text Messages, filter Created At to the school’s fiscal-year range and Direction to outbound, then count distinct message IDs. This counts outgoing message records; successful delivery requires delivery status, and billable SMS segments are a different measure. The generic daily usage collector does not filter by direction, so do not call it a sent-only count.
