Resubscribe message customization

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Send Resubscribe Link action supplies a fixed subject and a standard body populated with school name, topic and link. It does not expose a subject/body editor for that message. Ordinary Outreach template editing is not evidence that this system message is customizable. If a school needs different wording, support must assess the supported options rather than promising an editable template.
