Resolve missing merge-token data warnings

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The warning counts non-excluded recipients who have at least one blank substitution for a token used in the current message, after the latest substitution batch has finished. It is a count of people with missing data, not the number of missing fields. It does not itself confirm delivery or identify every recipient error.

Review which merge tokens are in the message and inspect the corresponding recipient/source values. Correct the relevant data, or remove/replace the personalization with appropriate generic wording when the value is not available. Use Refresh data in the substitution-status area, wait for processing to finish and recheck the warning and recipient preview/test before sending.

Do not assume an unrelated contact edit supplies a campaign-specific token, or assume every token has a safe default. The warning does not authorize bypassing exclusions or opt-outs. If the batch errors or never finishes, preserve the outreach ID/status for support instead of repeatedly sending copies.
