Recipient upload versus reusable Custom Segment

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Uploading a CSV directly to one outreach creates that outreach's recipient upload. It does not automatically create a reusable Custom Segment. Create/upload a segment in Segments when a reusable source is needed. Sent-recipient CSVs remain available through Outreach Reporting → Recipients with the intended outreach and sent-date range.
