Recipient search disappears after no results

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The email recipient setting searches email_address, not the displayed recipient name. Use the email address. In the recipient table, the search row is hidden when the filtered recipient list is empty. Return to the outreach’s unfiltered Recipients tab/page to clear that state; Remove All is an audience-removal operation, not a search reset. Overlapping lists deduplicate normalized email addresses within one outreach, not different addresses belonging to the same person or separate outreach messages.
