Personalization token length

There is no single token length across all personalization workflows. The short signed-workflow format is 85 characters when the shorter-token feature is enabled; its predecessor is longer than 200 characters in the source specification. Legacy adid tokens are a different UUID-based flow. Preserve the entire exported value and check the actual workflow format before choosing a CRM field limit. Do not truncate tokens or apply the old UUID length or 85-character limit to every existing export.
