Combining a tracking short link and a personalization token

Append the generated new token to the tracking URL using the token query key (with ? or & as appropriate), not by renaming a legacy adid value. The GiveCampus shortener preserves token while retaining its stored a/plea tracking identifiers. A failing specific link still needs its substituted token and destination checked. Do not expose real constituent tokens in public examples.
