Invalid numbers in volunteer multiple-conversation sends

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

For the multiple separate conversations workflow, numbers failing SMS validation are marked invalid and skipped; they do not cause the other numbers to be skipped. A per-recipient sending exception is recorded as a failed conversation and processing continues. A campaign-wide setup failure can still stop a batch. An invalid number filtered before sending creates no outbound text-message record and therefore adds nothing to the daily message counter. A provider-accepted message that later fails delivery still has an outbound record and can count toward that daily limit. Contracted purchased-volume or billing treatment must be confirmed separately; it is not established by that counter. Volunteers may see fewer created conversations and failed/invalid recipients rather than a delivered conversation for every selected person.
