Exporting tokens separately from complete URLs

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Legacy personalization exports include an adid column containing the token separately. When a giving form is selected, gf_url contains the complete personalized URL. New personalized-workflow exports instead provide token and personalized_url. Keep the identifier-to-person mapping intact when importing those values into another email platform. Use the token and URL parameter for the same originating workflow; an external platform's custom-field label does not rename the GiveCampus query parameter.
