Export numbers that cannot receive SMS

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Open Outreach → Reporting → Invalid Numbers and choose Export to CSV. The school-level invalid-phone report is emailed to the requesting user; the screen says to retry if it has not arrived within ten minutes. This list is separate from one message’s opt-outs, duplicates and other exclusion reasons. Re-uploading a number does not itself make it usable.
