Email manually added offline donors

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Export/review the intended offline donors with usable email addresses, prepare an email recipient CSV with external_id, first_name, last_name and email_address, and upload it as the outreach’s recipient source or a supported segment. Use constituent IDs where available, then review processing, duplicates and exclusions. Adding an offline gift alone is not a guarantee that its donor became an email recipient. Do not guess addresses or bypass unsubscribes.
