Change Outreach email button color

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

In the classic email editor select the actual button block, choose Background color, set the desired color, then save and send a test email. Selecting surrounding text/container changes a different element. The newer Composer editor has a different interface and uses the school primary color as its theme default; identify that editor before applying classic controls.
