A test text has an unresolved name token

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The test-text action uses a selected outreach recipient's substituted content when an outreach-recipient ID is provided. Without that recipient context it uses the outreach's raw message. Choose a representative recipient where the test control offers one and review their actual name data and token spelling. A raw placeholder in a test is different from a failed delivery; verify the test request and message outcome with support if nothing arrives.
