Removing personal volunteer email templates

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

The volunteer My Email Templates interface provides Delete Template, not an Archive command. Open your own template and use Delete only when permanent removal is intended. The newer volunteer Outreach My Templates panel also confirms permanent deletion. These personal-template controls differ from an administrator's template archive workflow. Deleting a personal template does not preserve a recoverable archive. Keep a copy of content you still need before choosing deletion.
