Registration tags and the meaning of TRUE

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

For the legacy VMS Tag Upload, the CSV headers are constituent_id, tag_name, remove. Leave remove blank/false to add a tag; TRUE, Yes, Y or 1 in remove deletes that tag. Do not interpret TRUE as registered in this template. Tags apply to current assignments for registered volunteers. Reupload after later assignments are created. Periodic uploads of new registrants can add tags; cancellations need explicit removal rows, rather than simply omitting a person. If you use a different Admin-Uploaded Tag configuration, obtain its actual header/template before applying these rules.
