Locate an ad-hoc SFTP report

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

All Active Assignments is generated from the school’s assigned assignments by a background export process, then uploaded privately to the configured from_givecampus SFTP location. A VMS unit uses its system-school destination and a unit suffix; encrypted schools receive a .csv.gpg file. Show Everything omits the updated-date range filter, but does not certify that the process completed or that the current portal folder is the right destination. Support must check the actual export job, resulting filename/object, school/unit path and portal access to determine whether this requested report transferred. Do not treat an empty folder as a successful export.
