Topic selection is not a recipient preference-center menu

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Outreach editor assigns an unsubscribe topic to the message. The recipient unsubscribe link carries that topic; the confirmation/success screens show the particular list/topic, not a menu of every school topic. Do not assume a configurable all-topic preference center from the existence of the administrator's topic dropdown.

When the school's two-click unsubscribe feature is enabled, opening the ordinary link displays a confirmation screen and Confirm Unsubscribe records the choice. With the older behavior, opening the ordinary link can record the unsubscribe immediately. Mail-client one-click headers have a separate request path. Do not use a real recipient's link for casual testing, or assume every school shows the confirmation screen.
