Target donors to one campaign

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Use a query-built segment condition that the person has given to the selected campaign/giving form, then add that segment to the outreach. An inclusion filter on existing recipient sources only narrows those sources; it does not add donors absent from them. Refresh and inspect included/excluded recipients and the scheduled send time.
