Smart Ask manual overrides are workflow-specific

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Current personalized-workflow overrides are keyed by person and workflow configuration. Editing an override in one workflow does not create a global constituent lock. Generated arrays are selected by school/person, strategy and number of amounts; compare all these settings across workflows. For print production, hand off a reviewed fixed export and deliberately apply consistent overrides where required. Unexpected changes over time need actual generation history and confirmation of legacy-versus-current workflow; do not assume a universal lock toggle or infer a continuous recalculation schedule.
