Review previous-month email usage

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The Usage panel calculates the current calendar month and has no historical-month parameter. Use Reporting → Recipients with a historical sent-date range to export recipient history and filter to relevant sent email rows, or request a confirmed historical usage extract. This is operational send history, not proof of contractual billing usage; do not count excluded records or compose-count as recipient sends.
