Recipient uploads and reusable email branding

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

A direct Outreach recipient upload must include the required recipient columns and email addresses; an ID-only file is not automatically resolved like every other constituent/segment import. The recipient upload skips rows without an email address. Use the appropriate audience segment or the current recipient CSV schema, then inspect recipients. The generated footer contains the school mailing address and unsubscribe controls separately from the designed email body; add branded content above it and retain required unsubscribe functionality. Email Settings can style the current email, and saving a reusable template preserves a repeatable design. The editor initializes its theme from the shared default and school primary color; it does not confirm a separate school-wide default hyperlink-color control. Configure and reuse a branded template, then test the generated footer and links in received mail.
