Read Conversation ID in All Text Messages

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Text Conversation ID identifies the thread; Text Message ID identifies one message within it. Group rows by conversation ID, then use Created At to examine the order and Direction, Sender Name and Sender Number to distinguish speakers. The export does not explicitly sort its query, so neither file row order nor conversation ID should be treated as a chronological message sequence. Conversation IDs are not a per-message sequence number.
