Merge data loading and actual email output

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Let merge-data review finish before evaluating missing values and sending a test. The review batch computes substitutions to screen recipients with blank token values; actual delivery independently generates recipient substitutions. Waiting alone does not repair absent source data. A token without a generated value can be blank in output. Inspect the recipients with missing data and the personalized destination; if the computation status errors, refresh and contact Support if it persists.
