Meaning of Outreach usage limits

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Outreach email usage measures recipient sends for the school’s monthly allowance, not the number of email drafts or unique people in its database. Sending to the same person in separate messages can count again. The displayed allowance depends on provisioned product tier/contract, validated sending domain and environment; queued/scheduled recipients can also affect the displayed usage calculation. Texting has separate daily/monthly controls. Consult the school’s usage display/account team for its actual entitlement and overage terms rather than applying a universal price or limit.
