Inspect tags before bulk removal

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Identify the tag system first. Legacy fundraising personalization has a Tags list with tag, source and record count, and selected-record bulk editing. Deleting a tag in that workflow deletes its associated personalization records; it is not merely removing a label. VMS assignment tags and newer segments are separate systems. Confirm intended scope and preserve needed personalization before bulk deletion. An ambiguous request to remove all tags requires the actual screen/record type, not a universal delete instruction.
