SMS does not support an HTML-style hyperlink whose visible text replaces the URL. Write the call to action followed by a complete or supported shortened tracking URL; the recipient’s messaging app decides whether it is clickable. Do not paste email hyperlink markup or expect the phrase alone to carry a destination. Test the final text and character/segment count.
