Generate links from GO imports and address prefill

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

Existing eligible imported school constituents can be used by a supported personalization workflow to generate recipient-specific links; a GO data import alone does not generate a legacy ADID for everyone. Legacy autofill supports country and zipcode, but those values must exist in the relevant personalization record and corresponding form fields. Newer signed tokens differ from legacy ADIDs. Review a representative generated campaign/form link rather than assuming every imported person has complete address data.
