Custom phone and group-name merge tokens from recipient uploads

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

There is no standard constituent-phone token in the registry, but recipient CSV uploads support valid custom_ column headers (up to 50 custom tokens). Include the required email upload columns external_id, first_name, last_name and email_address, plus custom_phone or custom_group_name, then insert $custom_phone$ or $custom_group_name$ from that outreach's token list. A source-list name does not automatically become a group token; explicitly provide each recipient's value. Precomputed reunion-year wording can likewise use a custom_ field. Validate upload naming rules and test the exact recipient substitutions before sending.
