Checked-in guests absent from an Outreach audience

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The event filter matches the event attendee's email to the outreach audience email, then applies the selected event and state. Being present in a guest export does not confirm a matching, eligible email in the Outreach sequence. Compare the guest email, selected event, audience membership and recipient exclusions. Missing, shared or different guest emails can affect the comparison. Actual records are needed to determine the cause for specific guests; do not infer that an export automatically supplies every sequence recipient.
