Check Smart Appeals solicitation history

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

In Smart Appeals reporting, open the donor’s Solicitation History. It lists Smart Appeal solicitations sent through GiveCampus with date, name and status; inspect the relevant entry rather than treating eligibility or a prepared batch as proof of sending. A recorded send and its delivery status are distinct from whether the recipient read it. Use the relevant donor/status category and date context for the lapsed-donor send.
