Tier benefits and FMV without ordinary incentive selection

Native Membership forms configure benefits and prices on membership types, with FMV on each price. Zero FMV is allowed. The donor selects a membership tier rather than a separate ordinary incentive; the purchase snapshots the price's FMV for subsequent financial records. Donation and FMV designation nodes are separate membership-form settings. Do not apply this recipe blindly to an ordinary donation form built with incentives or promise that removing its incentive selector preserves FMV/reporting. Verify the form type and intended fund allocation first.
