Volunteer receives one copy per recipient

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

Where the volunteer's role permits it, the email form offers Send me a copy. Each constituent’s message is sent separately, with a BCC copy sent to the volunteer when this option is selected. A volunteer emailing twenty people can therefore receive twenty copies when this option is selected.

That is not proof each constituent received twenty copies, or proof every constituent successfully received their one message. Check the actual saved copy setting and recipient delivery records. For future messages, clear Send me a copy if copies are not wanted; do not resend to the whole group just because the sender received multiple copies.
