Show reunion registration before volunteer assignment

For the established (legacy) Volunteer Management portal. These steps differ from the newer Volunteer Management interface. Administrator controls require the appropriate school or volunteer-management permissions.

Use imported constituent-level activity data for the reunion-registration indicator rather than assignment tags. A reunion registration activity can exist on the constituent before a volunteer selects them. Have the importer map the agreed activity and keep cancellations current; configure that activity type as a promoted search column where appropriate, then include the column for the volunteer’s role. The constituent search renders promoted activities from constituent data, and cohort conditions can select people with the activity. Review the role’s visibility and filtering configuration; this does not make all constituents visible regardless of role permissions or automatically sync an external event system.
