Grade copy written outside Outreach

For school administrators using GiveCampus Outreach. Controls can differ between the classic email editor and the newer Composer editor.

The integrated Grade Email action grades the current Outreach draft: it takes the draft subject and rendered email content and opens the separate grader with that content. Your content team can provide copy for you to place into an Outreach draft, then use Grade Email where your school has the feature and AI access. The integration is not a Word/PDF/import-any-file workflow and does not confirm all standalone grader capabilities. Preview the copied content in the draft before grading.
